A voter should not be able to close the deck view in the planning poker 
perspective.

Any view must stay open (i.e. not closable), no matter what role you have

but the proposed solution doesn't work, maybe because we add a placeholder 
instead of a view.

Actually, the solution works. I had to close the PP perspective and reopen it 
so that the createInitialLayout method could get called.
