SocketException is raised everytime a user disconnects from eConference using
the Skype backend.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run eConference with Skype backend
2. Connect to Skype
3. Disconnect
Besides, re-connection doesn't even work after that, and an exit & relaunch is
needed every time.
