[wizard] Prevent error in setting up info #62

** Skype-only **
A room name must be in this format: roomname$moderatorname
Rather than having a user respec this format, we'd better let a user
choose the room name and then, we attach the suffix "$moderatorname" behind the 
scene.

** All backends **
The wizards now lets a user choose where to store a .ecx file and its name.
However, because it also saves a copy of the ecx file in the .econference 
folder, using the required name (in skype roomname$moderatorname.ecx ; in xmpp 
room@conference.service).
However if the users sends the file with a custom name to an invitee, the 
latter won't be able to open it.
To prevent this, we should only let the user chooose the location, not the file 
name. We would keep storing a copy in the .econference folder as well.
