[skype, audio, call] Rewrite Skype backend to support official Skype SDK #63

As of now, release eC 4.0, audio is only available via Skype.
We should use the Jingle extension to support voip in  XMPP, a la GTalk.
Please verify if and how well SMACK library support the Jingle extension and if 
it is compatible with GTalk.
If it is not well supported or does not work with GTalk, we should identify and 
use another Jingle Java lib.

We gave up on adding support for libjingle. Instead, we'll go on replacing 
skype4java lib with official Skype SDK.
