[wizard, product] First install wizard #70

As a user 
I'd like to run a wizard on first-time launch of eConference
so that I can setup the basic configurations.

Basic setup includes:
- where to store ecx files (mandatory)
- GMail account (skippable)
- Skype account (skippable)
- the smtp to use to send invitation, or use gmail account instead (mandatory)

I found an error and so I reopened the issue. Although using the wizard you 
select your gmail account of choice, when the wizard is over and you click on 
the connect icon, the connect page shows up but the account info are not filled 
in as they should. Please, fix it asap.
