[skype, wizard] Room name conventions of skype event handled transparently to the end user #73

When a Skype event is created thru the wizard, room name must be formatted this 
way: roomname$moderator
Consequently, the ecx file name becomes: roomname$moderator.ecx

We'd like that the user might choose the room name only, and that without 
showing, the wizard then "magically" appends the trailing "$moderator" extra 
info. The same applies to the file name.

Please note that the information *within* the ecx files must stay 
roomname$moderator anyway.
