[ui, o2o] Implement tabbed chat in one-to-one IM perspecitve #84

As a user
I would like to switch between multiple different one to one chats by simply 
clicking on the tab (where the name of the buddy I'm chatting with is reportd)
so that I can save a lot of space by keeping the same input panel.
