please add Russian. I want to create a Russian voiceover for an old game and your instrument is perfect for this

After Russian is added I would also like to see Bulgarian language implemented as well since the Cyrillic alphabet is identical with only 3 letters less to Russian and a slight difference in pronunciation.

It would be nice if the repository had instructions on how to train the model to another language.
