Homepage + Countries Affected Shows the "Climate Change Basics" and "Countries Affected pages"

What Can You Do + Country Facts Shows "What Can You Do" and the page you will navigate to once you click on one of the countries (4 facts).

• I am wondering if we show add a menu or if everything should be in one page?
