Action items from our 9/13 call:

See if CRC subtype is available in biosample for datacommons proteomics data (https://proteomic.datacommons.cancer.gov/pdc/study/PDC000117)
Think about cleaning up data from various sources listed in the repo; what can be improved / integrated prior to the hackathon
Contact the authors of the colotype paper about access to the model
Make an information flow diagram for the validation flow
Review the CMU drug ranking algorithm from the CMU hackathon (https://github.com/collaborativebioinformatics/Disease_subsetting) - specifically maayan-drug-discovery.ipynb
