From Ben's the presentation we can use dx run app-cloud_workstation --ssh to connect to an ubuntu box via SSH and then following the instructions of step 3 https://documentation.dnanexus.com/developer/cloud-workstations/cloud-workstation#step-3-set-up-the-workspace to be able to move everything to the DNAnexus project

no longer necessary as we have the real data :)
