27. Circular View-> Click on "View" from Actions-> Remove "Available Days" and add "Number of Seats". Add 2 button "Download" and "View". Please see below's image for details.

Please add 2 buttons. 1. View 2. Download. For view and download the attachment which is attached during circular creation

There is no option for direct view. Client want to view attachment without downloading the attachment. That's why need "View" option.
