visa / migrant worker tag #439

I tried to search for collective actions related to H-1B workers. The website's search bar returned no results, but GitHub's search on this repo found 4 actions.

I think it could be useful to have a tag or search functionality related to (im)migrant workers - certainly doesn't need to be US centric.

I see there is an immigration tag. I like that the tag it brings together the concerns of lower pay/skill with higher pay/skill workers. I think a migrant_workers tag could still be useful because not all migration leads to immigration. Immigration depends on borders and nationality, whereas migration is more inclusive and open-ended.
