Add outbreak values from the latest month and display it below country name in Map Modal #220

Actual Outcome

When no filters are selected, the value in modal at the moment is of COVID-19.

Expected Outcome

When no filters are selected, the value in the map modal should be the sum of COVID-19 + Monkeypox.

To Do

Sum the values of the latest month and display the total.

For example: United States of America - value is 3,298.2 when it have been 3,306.9
