Coverage decreased (-0.008%) to 78.843% when pulling c8bedc35f20142955ad4dd77edcb8e2fb94b35fb on remove-output-template-field into ea1862d81948975d741ae6c725490f47d4b1a2d2 on master.

I would delay this change a bit, because it can lead to the situation that peole lose there output template code, they probably want to migrate into an skins folder based output template. I set this change to mile stone 3.1.

After the refactoring for dexterity and Python 3 this is solved too.
