Can we have a release? #46

Last release was 7 years ago. Using a source checkout this actually works out-of-the-box on Plone 6.0.10.1. I'd prefer a collective release over making a private egg. The documentation can use a refresher but I don't see that as a blocker.

I will happily cut a release myself if you make me a maintainer of the pypi package.
