New release, please #2

Could we have a new release, please?

The latest version currently on PyPI is still release 2.0; it doesn't include the manifest fix and thus doesn't contain the www/noduplicateloginAdd.zpt template which is needed to add the plugin.

(I don't know whether I'd have the necessary permissions on PyPI to do it myself.)

It seems I can't upload to PyPI yet using my account (TobiasHerp):

@tobiasherp The only people who might be able to give you access are the 2 existing maintainers on PyPI, @aclark4life and @MatthewWilkes
