Where the element type is "Fields", modify "macro_field_selection_db_elements" to allow specific field types (e.g. DATETIME, TEXT etc.) to be either included or excluded.
For all element types, add a new entry to allow extra items to be added to the selection list. These will be specified in the same way selection list items are specified in the 'Field Settings' tab.
