i18n updates and additions #41

Add german translations.
Add a 18n update script.
Add explicit i18n message ids instead of implicit based on the translation string.

@hvelarde you might need to translate the new controlpanel option for es and pt_BR.

i did not create explicit message strings for the messages in profile.zcml, because that didn't work (i18n:attributes="title title_profile_default" did not work for profile.zcml but it worked likewise for controlpanel.xml)
