Remove unused dependencies from setup.py. #55

plone.app.upgrade and plone.api are pulled without a reason.

ah, sorry - i grep'd for "plone.api" but the import is done with from plone import api, so i missed that one. I'll update the requirements. Products.ResourceRegistries is implicitly used for the Plone 4 resource registrations - but can safely be removed to not pull that dependency in later Plone versions.
