Remove topic because is no more used #48

And I had trouble with installation on Plone 4.3.x with plone.app.contenttypes 1.1.x, There is no more Topic on Dexterity content types

so this would mean this package no longer works for plone 4.0? When did it change from Topic to Collection?

Forget about it, I just retry to install plone.app.contenttypes when I create Plone site. After I install collective.plonetruegallery and it works. I don't know what happens in my "other environment" when I had problems with Topic and plone.app.contenttypes,

I will close the PR and delete branch
