Plone5 changes #19

having a conditional GS profile for plone4 specific resources (https://github.com/collective/collective.pwexpiry/pull/19/commits/81c8cdc63839f692158d04d3af37c4021d87f97d) and the changelog entry "Product now works on Plone 5" make me think the package is compatible with plone4 and 5.

however the error when starting up my 4.3.15 instance does not

    ImportError: No module named controlpanel.browser.usergroups

@enfold-josh and @frapell could you please re-add plone4 support or clearly state that from 0.10 onward there is no support for plone4?

I'm facing the same issue; package is broken for Plone 4.3.
