I will work on this now.

Travis has not been run in 11 months, so it will likely fail. [Edit: yes, I just ran a build on master, and all jobs fail, with a version conflict on pycodestyle.]
I want to drop Python 2.6 support.
No longer use bootstrap.py.
Update package versions used in the test buildout.
Probably do some code-analysis cleanup.
