Add Sitemap to Cover #8

We could add a representation of Plone's sitemap to the cover. This should also add an option to the configuration where you can choose between search or sitemap.

I'd not mix this up. Livesearch and sidebar together is too much for one change. Both needs also a responsive solution. Settings can be added step by step.
