mockup-tocify/js/index.html should display preview #3

When you open mockup-tocify/src/mockup-tocify/js/index.html directly in a browser it doesn't show an example. I'm not entirely sure if it supposed to... But that is what I expect.

I've got a working index.html in https://github.com/collective/mockup-tocify/commit/8892e655785fb6a4ce792c09e553cffcf0cf8ec4

It is using the css/js resources built from the resource registries in plone, not built within the theme (which I think it should be, but this is a separate issue).

See issue #5 for problem with locally build bundle. Once working, the index.html demo should use those internally compiled bundles.
