Removed collective.indexing dependency #28

is there a way to define collective.indexing for Plone versions smaller than 5.1?

@vincentfretin any idea why the tests are failing in https://travis-ci.org/collective/dexterity.membrane/jobs/265935501 or what I could try to fix them?

I really don't know. Does the tests passed before those changes?

we have some hickup with commits not showing up here, reopen from a different branch

which is very odd btw... the new one has those commits in the PR showing up
