Remove the hard dependency on plone.app.blob and only monkey patch plone.app.blob and Products.ATContentTypes if they are installed.

This makes this package Plone 5.1+ friendly :smile:

@jensens @pbauer @keul would you mind giving plone pypi users the rights to push releases on pypi? I would like to make a release of this package once this is merged.

Hi @gforcada, I fear nobody is maintaining this anymore, so IMHO: just merge 💪

One last note: maybe it's better to change the README.rst file removing note about Plone 3 and add Plone 5?
