support for message extraction from zcml #28

Currently, i18ndude 3.4.5 doesn't support message extraction from zcml, for example plone:behavior title and description. I usually put the messages manually in plone-manual.pot like I just did with plone.app.lockingbehaviour https://github.com/collective/plone.app.locales/commit/03580786ddcfd5d41c282c5a96a4f4779725d461
