Support new Lineage 2.0+ #4

Don't know what it'd take - at least Dexterity child sites need to be supported... ?

i'm using lineage.themeselection master together with collective.lineage 2.0 release w/o any problems on an otherwhise plain plone4.3 site.

did not try with plone.app.dexterity based folders or plone.app.contenttypes though. did you try to @petri?

if yes, please describe what failed.

@petri just released https://pypi.python.org/pypi/lineage.themeselection/1.4.

this includes also a commit by @thet that should have added dexterity support https://github.com/collective/lineage.themeselection/commit/50f397b7d33173afcd17868bcb0f134562a85dbb

i'll close this ticket. if you run into any problems please re-open.
