SERVER_DOWN issues immediately after installation #17

Just cloned the current master, installed the PAS plugin on a Plone 4.3.7 and my Plone (also ZMI access to the Plone site) is impossible. I can't event access the site inner acl_users to delete/fix the plugin or check to which server it's trying to connent.

I fixed the ZMI access adding another @ldap_error_handler there.

Still the Plone site is broken. I can continue providing the @ldap_error_handler of every other method but I'd like to know if there's something wrong in general.

Meanwhile: adding the decorator also to that line fixes Plone: I'm now able to surf the site and accedd plugin condiguration from Plone UI
