Python 3 support:

fixed imports
text/encoding fixes
fixed exception handling
mangled doctests using Py23DocChecker from node.ext.ldap
simplified object_classes expressions in yaml config

Once node.ext.ldap got merged, this one can be merged too.

I'm still not happy with the PR implementation, thus not happy with the merge. Please work with a tag or local release until the implementation is clean
