Not taking "portal_skins/custom/ploneCustoms.css".

It is hard coded in index.html theme template.

I also noticed some hard-coded "http://localhost:8080/Plone/" in index.html.

Using 0.0.2

Re: ploneCustom.css: correct. portal_skins is not supported. Re: localhost: 8080, should be much less in 0.0.4.
