TinyMCE Toolbar Missing? #4

Tested with Plone 4.3.2 + Chrome Browser

When editing front-page, TinyMCE toolbar does not appear. See the attached image for reference. tinymce-toolbar From Chrome inspector console, I see errors like missing tiny_mce_gzip.js. I try removing <script type="text/javascript" src="http://localhost:8080/Plone/portal_javascripts/Sunburst%20Theme/tiny_mce_gzip.js"> in the theme/index.html file, but the issue remains. Any advice?

Thanks. My Plone 4.3.2 instance is running on a remote Linux box. I guess TinyMCE toolbar is working well when running on localhost. But I don't confirm this yet on a localhost environment.
