Change permission to sociallike-settings so "Site Administrators" will be able to edit the configuration #167

The controlpanel is only available to
Managerrole:https://github.com/collective/sc.social.like/blob/692172844e7a92888d8a5a2661416f72b8d6c4df/sc/social/like/browser/configure.zcml#L70
I believe the role of changing these configurations can belong to "Site Administrators". What do you think?
