FB icon should not be rendered or shown when required FB data is missing #193

Right now SC.social renders the FB icon in the viewlet even when the FB data is not present, causing the HTML item to appear even though its innards are empty. The icon wrapper should not be rendered at all, if it can't be rendered, especially if the icon itself within the wrapper is not gonna be rendered at all..
