Support plone-sphinx-theme #93

This is an attempt to support plone-sphinx-theme. Help needed. See #86.

This should now be supported in https://pypi.org/project/sphinxcontrib-httpexample/1.2/ because JavaScript was refactored to no longer require jQuery in https://github.com/collective/sphinxcontrib-httpexample/pull/94

I don't seem to have access for repo settings anymore to fix ReadTheDocs webhook, but did manual build https://sphinxcontrib-httpexample.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

@datakurre I'll test it out within the next week.

You are the sole maintainer of https://readthedocs.org/projects/sphinxcontrib-httpexample/. You should be able to login with one of the OAuth providers or reset your password. If that is not possible, then you can send a support request to the RTD folks, who will assist. They're super helpful, and helped us recover the plone slug from a squatter on RTD.

Once you regain access, would you please grant me access? It would be good to have another person as backup. Also I would like to enable pull request previews, as I did with other repos. That way we don't have to check out a pull request and build to review changes.
