[ ] quanta toobar at the top of the screen and main toolbar at the bottom
[ ] menu comes up from bottom
[ ] Add menu coming up from the bottom
[ ] settings/sidebar on mobile and tablet -
[ ] I can Click move up/down to move block up/down on mobile (replace drag icon)
