fix MANIFEST path so zcml is included #26

It looks like this MANIFEST was copied from something that had collective in the path. I have changed the recursive-include so the zcml is picked up when building egg.

Thanks for noticing this. I have used https://pypi.python.org/pypi/check-manifest to check the manifest file, and found more problems, so I did the changes in a different way. See commit 7922011c4881b06057fac2eb5058736316de4dcb.
