TypeError while running @@fix-persistent-utilities

I've installed this on Plone 4.1.4 and trying to run @@fix-persistent-utilities but giving typeerror

TypeError: b2a_base64() argument 1 must be string or read-only buffer, not getset_descriptor

Hi, I'm also experiencing this issue. It occurs against the plone instance, but calling against the whole zope site works.
