Add support for Plone 5.2 and Python 3 #57

Fixes #56 Fix imports, syntax and some tests.

Open issues: @@stream still broken, async not tested

FWIW: I use this in production with Plone 5.2 on Python 3 but I do not need partial streaming (see https://github.com/plone/Products.CMFPlone/issues/2847) or async conversions.
