Tried zopeskel.dexterity with Plone 4.3.2.

Issues:

in the documentation: remove Paste and PasteDeploy from the zopeskel eggs option
the generated Python code for the content class raises a syntax error because the content class misses a 'pass' statement
the generated names for the supermodel XML file does not correspond with the name of the XML file exported through the Dexterity control panel in Plone
