Default Theme Doesn't Show Entity Names for Collections #40

When viewing the Detail page for a collection, the right column with the related item variables always displays the relationship_typename and never displays the entity label. Using pawtucket 1.7.14.

This is caused by the mix of ca_entities_x_collections and ca_entities units where the latter accounts for Access control and the former does not. I will work on a PR for this.
