Updated Iconclass InformationService #1499

Hi, after Iconclass changed their API I finally came around to fix the Information Service https://github.com/karkraeg/ca_iconclass

Should I open a PR to merge the updated script or do you want to incorporate it into the Repo? Thanks!

Oh just after I posted this I found https://github.com/collectiveaccess/providence/pull/1394 . Will try that out and see what differs.
