Create a scheduler for keeping track of upcoming meetings in the React group in Discord.

I don't know how we are going to handle feature requests, but I think it would be a nice idea to not only add the time the meeting will be (countdown + time in GMT+0), but a way to quickly convert it to the local time zone might be neat.
