Pagination on Updates History screen sometimes doesn't respond to pushState change #39

To recreate this issue, open the Updates History screen. Use pagination control to explore the history (helps to have more than one page of Updates). Then use the back button in the browser to go back--sometimes this will work (invoke changes in pagination) and sometimes it does not. Why?
