The windows application cannot be executed. #582

I am trying to run the Windows application and it does not open. I am unable to provide any further information. Please find attached the reports that Windows has generated. It is also not possible to run the application as administrator.

It shows that ucrtbase.dll is faulting. That's an odd one. I just tried on a more or less fresh copy of Windows 10. I had to go install the MSVC runtime package for MSVC2015-current and then SavvyCAN loaded fine. From what I can see online it appears that maybe something could be damaged with your ucrtbase.dll file or maybe something got corrupted in Windows somewhere.

What version of Windows are you using? Have you tried to replace the Windows system files with "sfc /scannow" ?
