Replace Raw GitHack with another mirror #2374

Problem with Raw GitHack is that

The CDN caches files for one year based on their path.

, so for one year it serves old files. For example you can see on https://rawcdn.githack.com/MajkiIT/polish-ads-filter/master/adblock_social_filters/adblock_social_list.txt, version is from April, but on GitHub there is version from May.

Possible replacements:

Page now generated redirect to GitHub domain (raw files format).

Also Eset block load domain.
