When pausing or unpausing a scenario through the command line, the "Pause" menu item on the main window doesn't update to reflect the current state. (If the scenario was unpaused and it's paused with "p" in the command line, the menu item will still say "Pause". If the scenario is paused or unpaused by clicking the menu, the state of that does change. In both cases the title bar of the main window does update.)
