More testing for SkillsPanel skill descriptions is needed.

[ ] Support compound funcs ln34+(skill('Shiver Armor'.blvl)+skill('Chilling Armor'.blvl))*par7
[ ] Support for all functions in SkillCalc.txt
[ ] Support for all functions in SkillDesc.txt
[ ] Check compatibility with damage calculations, etc.
