Hmm... Didn't really notice this before because I mostly just use Spotify, and it doesn't have that problem.

Thanks for this. I have some more things to update here, and then I'll post it to the spices website.

@collinss Your welcome, it was happening with Banshee and VLC mostly

Yeah Banshee was the one I noticed it on.

@collinss Also I noticed seeking with banshee was buggy to the point of not being usable. I will have a look at it later.
